Due to how much time each individual project requires, the nature of the format, and the scale we operate at, we will not accept returns except for valid cases.

If you are absolutely miserable about how your project turned out, please let us know why and what we can do to possibly fix it, otherwise we will not issue a refund or return. Please remember that the audio quality is NOT the same as pressed vinyl and will not sound exactly like your master. If you are unhappy with the audio please upload a recording of how it sounds so we can figure out what went wrong and a way you could fix it yourself possibly. We drop test every single record that comes out and we stand by our product. Double check your art and audio BEFORE you send it out to make sure everything is spelled correctly, looks how you want it to look, and sounds how you want it to sound.
